Der Campingplatz liegt direkt am Västra Silen, aber ein wenig am Hang. Ich stand dort schon fast ein wenig gefährlich, aber ich hatte eine Sicht über den See, bombastisch 😍.
Der Campingplatz hat viele Norwegische 🇳🇴 Dauercamper, Schweden 🇸🇪 sind hier kaum zu finden, was mit der Nähe zur Grenze zu tun hat. Die Lage des Campingplatzes ist trotzdem super und trotz des relativ langen Weges zum Wasser (hinzu nicht so schlimm, der Anstieg zurück schon schlimmer) ist der Strand bzw. der Zugang zum See sehr gut.
Die Sanitärenanlagen sind sauber und für 10SEK gibt es 8min lang warmes Wasser. Im Hauptgebäude bei der Rezeption sind die Sanitärenanlagen auch relativ neu.
An der Rezeption sind freundliche Mitarbeiter mit denen man sich auf Englisch einwandfrei verständigen konnte… die Schwedischkenntnisse reichen noch nicht ganz um alles zu regeln 🤗
The campsite is located directly on Västra Silen, but a little on a slope. I was parked almost a bit dangerous there, but I had a view over the lake, amazing 😍.
The campsite has many Norwegian 🇳🇴 permanent campers, Swedish people 🇸🇪 is hard to find here, which has to do with the proximity to the border. The location of the campsite is still great and despite the relatively long way to the water (not so bad, the way back uphill much worse) is the beach or access to the lake very well. The sanitary facilities are clean and for 10SEK there is 8 minutes long warm water. In the main building next to the front desk, the sanitary facilities are relatively new.
At the front desk is friendly staff with whom you could communicate in English properly … the Swedish skills are not quite good enough to settle everything 🤗
